Fruit Mixture
5 cups medium sliced, peeled apples
1 1/2 cups Habelman cranberries
(fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12X8 (2qt) pan or baking dish. In large bowl, combine all fruit mixture ingredients, toss to coat. Spoon into greased baking dish. In small bowl combine rolled oats, brown sugar and flour, cut in margarine with fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle evenly over fruit mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and apples are tender. Serve with ice cream. Makes 10 servings.
