CRANBERRY OATMEAL COOKIES  

 

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup coarsely chopped Habelman cranberries
2 eggs
2 cup flour
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 pkg (12 oz) white chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
1 c sweet and dried cranberries
1/2 tsp salt

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time beating well after each, beat in vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, dried cranberries, and orange peel. Add chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2" apart and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
