CRAN-OCCOLI  

 

Ingredients

1 large bunch of broccoli, cut up
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sweet and dried cranberries
1/2 cup diced celery
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing

1 cup mayo
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Cut broccoli and celery into small pieces. Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Toss broccoli, sunflower seeds, sweet and dried cranberries and celery in a bowl. Add refrigerated dressing; mix. Add bacon just before serving.
